These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the SYN platform and related services ("Service"), provided by Syntrex LLC ("Syntrex," "we," "us"), 513 Main Street, Windermere, FL 34786. By creating a workspace or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and any organization you represent ("you").
SYN is a team workspace and brand-intelligence platform. Features, including AI-assisted generation, may change, and some capabilities depend on third-party services. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials and workspace join codes confidential, and for all activity in your workspace. Workspace administrators control membership and roles. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
You retain all rights to the brands, files, messages, and other content you and your team put into the Service ("Customer Content"). You grant Syntrex a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Content solely to operate and improve the Service for you. You are solely responsible for your Customer Content and for having the rights to use it.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate text, images, and other output. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable, and is not professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. You are responsible for reviewing all AI output before use or publication and for ensuring it complies with all laws, regulations, and third-party rights that apply to you and your industry. Syntrex does not guarantee the accuracy, compliance, or fitness of any AI output.
You agree to the Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate it.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with notice; changes apply to the next billing cycle. You are responsible for applicable taxes.
The Service integrates with third-party tools (for example messaging, calendar, and AI providers). Your use of those tools is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
Syntrex and its licensors own the Service, including its software, design, and trademarks. These Terms grant you no rights in them except the limited right to use the Service.
THE SERVICE AND ALL OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SYNTREX WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
You will indemnify and hold Syntrex harmless from claims arising out of your Customer Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. You may export your workspace data before termination using the in-app backup.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use means acceptance.

This Privacy Policy explains how Syntrex LLC ("Syntrex," "we," "us") handles information in connection with the SYN platform ("Service").
Account information (name, email, workspace role) that you provide; Customer Content you and your team create in the Service (brands, files, messages, tasks, events); and basic technical information needed to operate the Service.
To provide, secure, and improve the Service; to authenticate users and workspaces; to process AI requests you initiate; and to communicate with you about the Service.
When you use AI features, the relevant content is sent to third-party AI providers to generate output, and returned to you. We do not sell your Customer Content, and we do not use your Customer Content to train our own or third parties' foundation models except as needed to provide the Service to you.
Your workspace data is stored to operate the Service. Until server-side storage is enabled for your workspace, some data may be stored in your browser on your device.
We share information only with service providers that help us run the Service (for example hosting and AI providers), when required by law, or to protect rights and safety. Workspace Content is visible to members of your workspace according to the roles and visibility settings you choose.
You can access, edit, or delete much of your data in the app, and export your full workspace with the in-app backup. You can request deletion of your account by contacting us.
We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
We may update this Policy; changes will be posted here with a new effective date.

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who uses the SYN platform. You agree not to use the Service to:
Break the law or infringe others' rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
Generate or publish content that is false, deceptive, defamatory, or that makes regulated claims you are not authorized to make. You are responsible for the accuracy and legal compliance of everything you publish, including AI-assisted output.
Create content that is harmful, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative, or that endangers others, especially minors.
Attempt to breach security, access other workspaces, reverse-engineer the Service, or overload or disrupt it.
Misuse AI features to produce malware, spam, or content intended to deceive or defraud.
Resell or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted by your plan.
